“This hotel is in the process of a renovation, it's obvious the new owners are making needed improvements. Had a great stay, so enjoyed the balcony overlooking the Promenade and beach - always something to see during the Summer. Beds were clean and comfortable. Having a kitchenette was very convenient and it was a very spacious room. Fantastic to hear the waves at night and watch the bonfires. The hotel location is fabulous for Seaside. Negatives: Noise - lots of families with young kids. ...

“Fantastic stay. Great customer service, comfortable modern rooms, solid breakfast options, convenient location. Only complaint was the pool room HVAC and temp wall needs cleaning/repainting as it looks dirty and rundown. They need to replace this ugly wall they have used for several years without repair and clean their HVAC to stop the dust accumulation. ”
